Terms of Service

The rules and regulations governing our pharmacy services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Healthline Pharmacy's physical or digital services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our operations strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Kerala State Pharmacy Council (KSPC) and the Drugs Control Department.

2. Prescription Requirements

As a licensed pharmacy operating under the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940:

  • We strictly require a valid, legible prescription from a Registered Medical Practitioner (RMP) for the dispensing of any Schedule H, H1, or X drugs.
  • Prescriptions must be recent and include the doctor's registration number and signature.
  • Our registered pharmacists reserve the right to reject any prescription that appears forged, tampered with, or expired.

3. Dispensing & Consultation

All medicines are dispensed under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist. Our pharmacists may contact you or your prescribing doctor to clarify dosages, potential drug interactions, or therapeutic substitutions to ensure your safety.

4. Returns & Cancellations

In compliance with strict health and safety protocols regarding medicine storage and tampering:

  • Medicines and healthcare products once dispensed and accepted by the customer cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • If an incorrect product is delivered by our fault, please notify us immediately upon delivery for a replacement.

5. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice, adhering to the price caps set by the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA). While we strive to maintain stock of all essential medicines, availability is subject to market supply.

6. Changes to Terms

Healthline Pharmacy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in regulatory laws or our business practices.
